The Epiphone Casino was one of the main thinline hollowbodies produced by Epiphone following the brand’s acquisition by Gibson in 1957. Unlike a Gibson ES-335 or an Epiphone Sheraton, the Casino is a full hollowbody and lacks a wood centerblock running through the middle of the body. Happy to present this near-mint all-original 1967 Epiphone Casino, with tremendous-looking first-year cherry finish, which hasn’t faded at all. The guitar is in amazing condition, and only some minor checking upon close inspection can give it away as a vintage piece! The two P90’s sound lovely. Epiphone Casino 1967 Cherry Red. Condition is Used. Great condition for its age. Nitro Finnish is nicely crazed. 2 original p90s. Neck is very comfortable. Non original scratch plate. Machine heads original. A few dings consistent with age. I’ve owned and used the guitar for 25 years. Comes with case made in Canada.

It was used on AWB ’Let’s Go Round Again’ (Shine album), with Paul McCartney 1987-93 including ’Flowers In The Dirt’ (just re-issued) and on 3 Chaka Khan albums including ’I’m Every Woman’.
What a history! Please email for details, the guitar is in the UK. It is in great condition, it has 2 original serial numbers, both circa.1967, has been re-fretted twice and plays as good as ever. It comes with a letter from Hamish and is in a Hiscox case.
